Q: What are your favorite memories of Bob Colesberry? [Jim King]
A: His set leadership and the numerous practical jokes between him, myself and Simon. Most of all his
friendship.
Q: Is "Homicide" done? At one time there was talk of another TV movie? [Craig Aston]
A: A musical. Belz and I have been writing it for ten years. We have two (2) lines of the 1st number
written so far.
Q: What was it about the "bear joke" that inspired you to make it almost your signature scene? [Dennis Kleen]
A: For kicks. I even used it season one of "The Shield." I had Ken Davidian (Big man in Borat) run it
in Armenian in a scene. Never the joke though, just the punch line.
Q: Meldrick Lewis and Clark Johnson seem to be pretty far apart in style from each other. Is that good acting or
were you channeling your uncles? [Jim King]
A: Little of both.
